Secondly, the hotel offered top-notch services such as room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour housekeeping, ensuring that our comfort and needs were always met. Additionally, the hotel had a range of shops and commercial services on-site, making it convenient for any last-minute purchases or necessities. Lastly, the hotel provided a free airport shuttle service, which was a huge convenience for us and made our arrival and departure hassle-free.

Convenient location, supportive staff, convenient hotel transportation for airport transit, night tours, and in-city visits. Good facilities including swimming pool, sauna, and breakfast. The hotel is located nicely for exploring the new city, with nearby attractions such as the Theatre and shopping mall within walking distance. The collaboration with a nearby SPA center is highly recommended for swimming and relaxation. The room size is larger than the standard European size, and the restaurant provides good room service.

The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff is friendly and communicative, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is tasty and served in a stylish restaurant. Guests can also enjoy free and fast internet during their stay.
The gym and spa facilities come at an extra charge, which can be disappointing for guests who were expecting these amenities to be included.
